What is included in a standard cleaning?
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitising the kitchen and bathroom, and tidying all standard living areas. Deep-cleaning work can be added on request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients arrange access and go about their day. We agree how we get in with you beforehand, in person.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area free of charge. That is what our satisfaction guarantee means.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes — we arrive with professional, eco-friendly products and the equipment we need. If you would rather we used your own products, just say so.
Can I customise my cleaning plan?
Of course. Extras, focus areas and a recurring schedule can be combined however you like — we work it out together when you enquire.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice after the visit. We agree the payment method when you enquire, so it suits you.
